Campaign, EQUA
This brief was designed by the brand EQUA, a water bottle company who is focused on sustainability and creating a cleaner environment. The goal was to create a campaign which expresses the brand and its message to the audience. Objectives including the increase of brand awareness within the UK, gain a student focused audience, encourage participation in volunteering as well as increase the sustainable brand image CSR.
Three campaigns were designed, rather than just focusing on the ocean the team wanted to share how EQUA can expand into other environments. All environments are interlinked from the ocean to the depths of the jungle. The project was to span over 6 months (January-June), each campaign bringing more information and engagement as time went on.
Campaign 1, 10 Year Anniversary Game
The game which is released on Instagram on the page’s story is the first campaign to increase awareness for EQUA’s 10-year anniversary. The players are a whale who navigate through the plastic ocean as the whale matures.

Campaign 2, Earth Month
For the campaign custom bottles were designed for each week of April, Earth Month. These are limited edition bottles, and upon purchase customers can donate to a designated charity.
Campaign 2, Social Media
Throughout the duration of the campaign are sponsored ads
and stories to educate to public as well as engage them to making a difference.
Campaign 3, Clean Up with EQUA
The final campaign was Clean Up with EQUA taking part in June, Ocean Month. This would encourage students of selected universities to take part in a competition with one another as to who could collect the most trash. Winners would receive a custom bottle from the Earth Month campaign.
